You can now add instructions (or whatever else you want) to your cart screen.  Go to the language editor in configuration and select Page: Cart.  Edit item #14.  Whatever you put here will be displayed under the users shopping cart when they view the cart page.

You can use this content to display instructions on how to use your store or maybe use it as a way to promote other products you have for sale.
