Seber Cart has had a such a fantastic response that we have needed to develop a more efficient way for providing support for the software. As much as we would like to provide one on one support for every user it is not possible. The Free Version of Seber Cart is not officially supported but we do provide some support via this web site.

Help Desk	If you have purchased a Commercial licence of Seber Cart you can log a help desk request via Seber Support. Please note that you may be required to pay for this support if there is no fault with the software. We recommend you try the following options first:
Manual	If you are new to Seber Cart then why not try reading the manual? It has step by step guides on installing and setting up Seber Cart. The manual is for the Commercial Version but a lot of it is relevant for the Free version.
Knowledge Base	Our online knowledge base has a growing list of articles which may help you solve your issue with Seber Cart. Always check here first for a solution. Most issues with Seber Cart are caused by unusual or incorrectly set up Joomla or web server settings. These articles will help point you in the right direction.
Known Issues	If any issues are found with the current released version we will post details of them here. We will, if possible, provide a short term solution. Most issues are resolved with the next release of the software. It is recommended that you keep your software up to date.
Tutorials	Some tasks may not be obvious or you may need some help setting up Seber Cart. Check out our tutorial section for step by step guides on performing many regular tasks.
Log a Fault	If all else fails you can log a fault request with us. We process faults as soon as possible. We do not respond directly back to you regarding your fault. If the fault is valid we will post an article under Known Issues with more information.
