New Order Confirmation Email Tags

From C1.0.0.35 a number of new tags have been added to the order notification email.

The following tags can now be used in the email order notification email and also the subject.

Available tags for body
!!CUSTOMER_NAME!!	The name of the person who placed the order (Billing Title, Firstname and LastName)
!!CUSTOMER_EMAIL!!	The email of the person who placed the order
!!CUSTOMER_FIRST_NAME!!	The first name of the person who placed the order
!!CUSTOMER_LAST_NAME!!	The last name of the person who placed the order
!!SHIP_FIRST_NAME!!	The first name of the person the order is being shipped to
!!SHIP_LAST_NAME!!	The last name of the person the order is being shipped to
!!ORDER_NUMBER!!	The order number of the order just created
!!ORDER_DATE!!	The date the order was placed
!!ORDER_SUMMARY!!	Displays a table of the order items
!!PAYMENT_SUMMARY!!	Displays information on how the order was/should be paid
!!HISTORY_SUMMARY!!	Displays the notes for the order (including customer comments)
!!CUSTOMER_IP!!	The customer's IP Address
!!CUSTOMER_MISC1!! to !!CUSTOMER_MISC10!!	The miscellaneous fields added in customer details
