Although you can edit the front-end text of Seber Cart via its inbuilt Language Editor you can also upload one of the free translation files to make the job a little easier.  Do the following:

1. Download the required language file from the Seber Cart Languages Page
2. Log in to Joomla Administrator
3. Click on Components->Seber Cart->Configuration
4. Click on the Language Editor icon
5. Click on the Browse button and select the downloaded language file from step 1
6. Click on the Import Button
7. After a short pause you will see an Import Complete message
8. Your front end shopping cart is now in your selected language
9. Don't forget that by using the Language Editor you can edit all text for your front-end store.
